To keep things peaceful and ensure everyone gets the VIP treatment (and stays safe!), we kindly request that only the person receiving the service be present in the salon. Especially for liability reasons, this includes our littlest guests. We love kids, but this helps us focus on giving everyone the best experience possible in a safe and tranquil environment Client Sick Policy We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. Please reschedule if you have a contagious illness as seen as symptoms appear or if you’ve been exposed to a contagious illness. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, and this deposit will be applied directly to your service total when you check out. We understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This gives you a one-time courtesy to transfer your deposit to a new appointment within the next two weeks. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't book your new appointment within the two-week window, your deposit will be forfeited. For appointments without a deposit on file, a 30% no-show or cancellation fee will apply if you miss or cancel your appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period for your arrival. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to reschedule your appointment.
